The access road was in good condition. A site ID sign and E&S plan were present. The pits appeared to be in good condition. Repairs and additions were needed to the silt fence installation in order to match the plan on site. No erosion was leaving site. The operator was contacted and the necessary repairs were made the same day. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site is restored and uinform 70% vegetative cover is achieved.
