All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. The drilling pits looked to be in good condition and were well below the minimum 2' of freeboard.

Drilling was completed at the time of the inspection. A swabbing rig was on site and likely the source of the odors. The frac pit had been recently constructed. The drilling pits looked to be in good condition. A site ID sign and E&S plan were posted at the site. The access road was in good condition. All E&S controls were in place and constructed according to the plan at site. The operator should continue to inspect the E&S controls routinely and after each runoff event until the site is restored and uniform 70% vegetative cover is reached.
