1957787 Primary Facility 2011-01-28 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On January 28th, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Drilling had started. The pad was becoming muddy. The access road was in good condition. A plow truck was on site to keep the public road clean. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. The pit appeared to be in good condition. Water trucks were arriving onsite to remove water from the pit. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.
1957857 Primary Facility 2011-02-03 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On February 3rd, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Drilling was completed. The access road was beginning to need maintenance. A Site ID and E&S plan were posted on site. E&S controls were constructed according to the plan. The pit appeared to be in good condition and had adequate freeboard. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.
1992054 Primary Facility 2011-07-08 Routine/Complete Inspection No Violations Noted On July 8th, 2011 I visited this site as a routine inspection. Drilling and frac were completed. The well was in production. The site is restored. One tank is in place and diked. A well tag was present. There was no evidence of spills or leaks and no accelerated erosion was observed at the time of inspection.
