0135373260 2018-01-22 Production Wells Violations Noted Visited location on 01/22/2018 to perform an inspection at the request of Supervisor Tom Hill. The well was found to not be plugged, nor has any production equipment been removed. The well is equipped with a cable tool wellhead with a swedge into the production casing, a T, flowline with a regulator, and a top swedge with a pressure gauge. The line to the regulator was noted not to be shut-in. The well is located ~65 from its RBDMS location. The tank battery consists of 2-100 bbl steel tanks and 1-vertical separator. No dike is present around the tanks. The identification sticker posted is too faded to read. As the well lacks proper well identification and has not shown (nor filed) any production, the well must be plugged. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
