Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1537442473 2018-09-14 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 09/14/2018. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a gasoline-powered motor, and 1-100 bbl steel tank. Well identification is clearly displayed, however the well is identified as the Mosher #1 well (PN: 169-20984). Research into the history of the well indicate that the status of this well was incorrectly changed to plugged and abandoned, when in fact the other Mosher #1 well (PN: 169-20984) was the plugged well. This was discussed with and confirmed by Steve Opritza (DOGRM Columbus). Billy Patten (Patten Producing) was notified to change the well identification and begin filing production under the proper well name and permit number; he indicated that he would address the issue promptly. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
