1410072319 2018-03-23 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 03/23/2018. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-50 bbl steel tank, located within an earthen dike; the diked area is located within barbed-wire fencing. The tank battery is used by multiple wells (6); well identification for all wells utilizing it was posted by the pumper at the time of the inspection. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor, and a meter with a drip and regulator, located within barbed-wire fencing. The well name and number and the permit number was marked on the electric box (at the request of the operator) to assist in proper well identification being posted. Will follow-up in 2 weeks to ensure that proper well identification has been posted at the wellhead. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-50 bbl steel tank, located within an earthen dike; the diked area is located within barbed-wire fencing. The tank battery is used by multiple wells, however no well identification is posted for any of the wells utilizing it. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor, and a meter with a drip and regulator, all located within barbed-wire fencing. No well identification is posted at the wellhead as required. The well identification issue was discussed with Brandon McVicker (Mac Oil) who indicated that the well numbers/permit numbers were not known, as the wells are part of a Berea field whose locations do not match those on file. Rob Lowe (DOGRM survey team) confirmed the identifications of the wells in the field. A meeting will be scheduled after the holidays with Mr. McVicker to identify the wells so that proper well identification can be posted. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
