0540145237 2016-07-28 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 07/28/2016. The tank battery consists of 1-50 bbl steel tank, located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at the tank battery. The well is equippd with a pump jack with a natural gas-powered motor. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1396856613 2016-04-06 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 04/06/2016. There are two tank batteries associated with the well, one containing 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator located within an earthen dike, and the other containing 1-50 bbl steel tank, with no dike present around the tank. Well identification is clearly displayed at both tank batteries. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a hitmiss motor. The well was venting gas at the wellhead. These issues were discussed with Andrew King of King Drilling. He indicated that the 50 bbl steel tank is currently in use for the well, and the other tank battery is a back-up in the case of weather preventing travel back to the other. He also stated that he will have a dike built around the 50 bbl tank as weather permits. Additionally, he indicated that the gas being vented at the wellhead is due to regular theft of the valve, which he would be replacing and attempting to make more difficult to remove. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
1652189553 2018-08-28 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 08/28/2018. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a natural gas-powered motor, and 1-50 bbl steel tank located within an earthen dike. A second tank battery, consisting of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator, is located much closer to the road, for use in the case of inclement weather. Well identification is clearly displayed at both tanks. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
2077207398 2017-08-31 Production Wells No Violations Inspected production well on 08/31/2017. There are two tank batteries associated with the well - one close to the well, and one much closer to the farm house (to be used in case inclement weather prevents access to the rear tank battery). The tank battery closest to the wellhead consists of 1-50 bbl steel tank, located within an earthen dike. The other tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator, located within an earthen dike. Well identification is clearly displayed at both tank batteries. The well is equipped with a pump jack with a natural gas-powered motor. No problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
