0168947878 2017-03-17 Administrative Inspection No Violations Inspected historic production well on 03/17/2017. The tank battery consists of 1-100 bbl steel tank and 1-vertical separator (not hooked-up, and laying on its side on the ground); no earthen dike is present, nor is any well identification posted. The well is equipped with a pump jack, however no motor is present. A card was left at the closest house with a request for a call back. The landowner, Mr. George Barner, called back and indicated that he plans to use the well domestically. Domestic well ownership registration was discussed, and a request for a domestic well ownership packet to be sent to him will be made promptly. Will work with landowner to get the well registered and all issues addressed. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
