The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Well identification is clearly displayed at the wellhead. Will send well ownership packet to landowners to register well, as it had no owner on record at the time of the inspection. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.

Well identification is posted, but it does not reflect the current owner or correct well. The well is equipped with a pump jack with an electric motor. Quailcrest Farms staff indicated that they own the well. They were informed of the need to register the well, and they will complete the required paperwork online and submit. Will follow-up to ensure the well gets properly registered. No other problems were noted at the time of the inspection.
