Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-2003951527 2007-9-4 0:00:0 PW No Violations
1918021066 2015-09-14 Production Wells No Violations Upon inspection, it was observed that this well is currently in production. The well consists of a pumping unit standing over 8.625 surface casing, 4.5 production casing, and 2 production tubing. The well is producing on the 4.5 casing and 2 tubing. The tank battery for the well consists of a 100 bbl production tank, mechanical separator, and newly constructed containment dike. The newly constructed dike has been seeded and mulched to encourage re-vegetation. Legible and correct ID information is posted on the tank. The electric line running to the pumping unit motor is laying directly on top of the separator for the well, creating a fire hazard. I contacted Mr. Bobby Anderson and recommended the line be relocated for general safery purposes. Mr. Anderson stated that the power line will be relocated within the next week. I was accompanied on this inspection by Inspector Brian Sefcik.
2003951527 2007-09-04 Production Wells No Violations Inspection this day found well producing with jack, tanks have good dike, need to add permit no., current chart.
