The valves on the well were open. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a GPU unit, and a chart recorder with a 2 x 1 inch orifice plate. The tank was inside an earthen dike area. Domestic gas was being supplied off the separator. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
