1219063121 2017-08-16 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by ODNR Inspector Randy Akins, we found the well equipped with 8 5/8 inch diameter casing 4 1/2 inch diameter casing, and 2 3/8 inch diameter tubing, operated by a plunger lift system. The production equipment is made up of one 210 bbl. steel tank, one recording gauge, and one horizontal production separator. The production reporting is up to date, and the tank is properly identified.

1646229581 2018-05-31 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit ran with a natural gas motor. The valves were open on tubing and on the casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with an 2 by .375 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. Domestic gas was being provided off the separator. The production report was up to date and proper identification was in place.
