0868676868 2019-05-21 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 4.5 inch diameter casing, and 2.375 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the well were open. A 275 gallon, plastic chemical tote was sitting beside the well. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a production unit, and a chart recorder with a 2 x 1 inch orifice plate. The tank was inside an earthen dike area. Domestic gas was being supplied off the separator. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.

1999825178 2017-08-15 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I was accompanied by Inspector Tom Thomas, we found the well equipped with 8 5/8 inch diameter casing 4 1/2 inch diameter casing, and 2 3/8 inch diameter tubing, operated by a plunger lift system. The production equipment is made up of one 100 bbl. steel tank, one horizontal production separator. The production reporting is up to date, and the tank is properly identified.
