1025270064 2018-06-19 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the tubing were open and closed on the casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a plastic 37 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder within an earthen dike. Domestic gas was being supplied off the separator. Clarke 6 (5419) production equipment shared the earthen dike area. I located dripping fitting on the load line. I placed a phone call to the owner about the leak. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
1397242175 2014-04-11 Production Wells No Violations At 8:30 am I received a call from inspector Berry Grimm on a complaint. It was from an anonymous person that the Vickers Unit had a breech of the dike and Brine was leaking. Upon arriving on location I found 2 - 210 bbl tanks, 1 - 100 bbl, and a 30 bbl plastic tank. All were in an earthen dike, and properly identified. I could not identify any breech in the dike. There was standing water in the dike. A water truck hose was connected to one of the 210 bbl tanks and it was leaking. I obtain a water sample of the water in side the dike, and tested with quantab and found the chlorides to be above 6000 ppm. I contacted Mark Clark with LLP at 11:30 am and advised him of the occurrence and instructed him to disconnect or plug the hose. To remove the water from the dike and dispose of it as being Brine water at a permitted injection well felicity.
1403011737 2014-06-17 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the dike area to be rebuilt. The east end has been replaced and height add, with clay material. The stressed area is in the process of remediation. Lime and Manure have be applied.
