| 0788864322 | 2018-07-18 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves were open on the casing and on the tubing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1.250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. Domestic gas was being supplied off the separator. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
