| 1544714373 | 2018-12-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.875 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on tubing and on the casing were open. There was a 275 gallon empty tote and a small injection pump sitting beside the well. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a GPU unit, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1.250 inch orifice plate. The 210 barrel tank was inside an earthen dike area. Domestic gas was being supplied off the GPU unit. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
