0842971608 2015-04-10 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a 8 X 4 inch wellhead and a 4 X 1.5 inch wellhead operated by a plunger lift system. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of a one 100 bbl tank, one 210 bbl tank, 2 horizontal separator, and a recording gauges, all within an earthen dike. This tank battery is shared with 3 wells. The tanks is properly identified and the production reporting is up to date. The are no violations at this time.

1537879090 2018-09-25 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 140 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .750 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production equipment was being shared with the Newton-Garber Unit 1 (5316). The earthen dike was being shared with the Garber 2 (3824). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
