1903506997 2019-01-28 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, with the ground covered with snow, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on tubing and on the casing were open. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a plastic 50 barrel tank, a horizonal unit, and a chart recorder with a 2 by 1 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
