0931574135 2018-09-10 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I stopped by the land owners house to talk about the well that is on their property. We discussed the well and she suggested I waited for a drier day to drive to well. She did not want her field tracked up by my truck. I will have to go back later this week.

1599909815 2018-09-14 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The well was shut in at the time of the inspection. Production equipment included a horizonal separator, a steel 100 barrel tank, a plastic 30 barrel tank, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .875 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. The well showed no production in 2017. The land owner would like to see the well put back in production or plugged. Talked to Enervest about the well, Tim McConaha stated, they have not decided what they are going to do with the well. He would have a meeting with his boss and would let me know what they decided to do with the well.
