1552669971 | 2019-03-15 | Exempt Well Pre Transfer | No Violations | On the day of inspection, for a pre exempt well transfer, I witnessed the well was equipped with 8.625 inch diameter casing, 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The tubing valve was closed, and the casing valve was open. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch diameter casing. The production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a steel 50 barrel tank, and a horizonal separator within an earthen dike. I spoke with the land owner, Steven Pritchard, about receiving domestic gas. He stated that he was the only one receiving domestic gas from this well. At the time of this inspection, the well was producing domestic gas to the land owner and did not have any compliance notices against it. |
