0395259005 2015-01-13 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found an 8 X 4 inch wellhead and a 4 X 1 1/2 inch wellhead operated by a plunger lift system. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of one 210 bbl., in an earthen dike tank, a horizontal separator, and a recording gauge. The tank is properly identified, the production reporting is up to date, and there are no violations at this time.

1505130727 2017-09-11 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found the well equipped with 8 5/8 inch diameter casing, 4 1/2 inch diameter casing, and 1 1/2 inch diameter tubing, operated by a plunger lift system. The production equipment is made up of one 210 bbl. steel tank, a vertical separator, and a recording gauge. The production reporting is up to date. The tank is properly identified
2135361677 2018-09-24 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 1.5 inch diameter tubing, and a plunger lift system. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a horizonal separator, and a chart recorder. The 210 barrel tank was inside an earthen dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
