1057910697 2014-03-07 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I witnessed that the production equipment was shared with the Ruth Ley #2 and included a 210bbl tank, 50bbl brine tank, a vertical separator, drip, 2 inch meter with a .375 inch orifice and chart recorder. The well was capable of production and was equipped with 4.5 inch casing, 2.375 inch tubing, rods and a pumping unit powered electrically. Valves were open at the well head, flow line and sales line. Identification was present and production records up to date.
1520801496 2018-07-13 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit operated with an electric motor. The valves on the tubing and on the casing were open. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 210 barrel tank, a concrete vault, a plastic 50 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. The production equipment was being shared with the Ley 2 (5196). The production report was up to date and proper identification was in place.
