Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
-2010879561 2019-2-28 0:00: EX No Violations 0.80
2010879561 2019-02-28 Exempt Well Pre Transfer No Violations On the day of inspection for an exempt well pretransfer, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.875 inch diameter tubing swaged down to a 2 inch diameter valve. The tubing valve was open. The production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a concrete vault, and a horizonal separator within an earthen dike. Domestic gas was being supplied off the separator. I spoke with the land owner, Martha Beachy, about receiving domestic gas and she stated that she was receiving domestic gas from this well. At the time of this inspection, the well was producing domestic gas to the land owner and did not have any compliance notices against it.
