1453218937 2015-01-19 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a 4 X 2 inch wellhead with 2 inch tubing and rods, operated by a pumping unit with an electric motor. There is some oil around the wellhead that needs to be cleaned up. Some peat sorb was put around the wellhead. I called Troy Well with Enervest to have them do the cleanup and find the source of the leak.
1465617781 2015-05-04 Production Wells No Violations On the day of my inspection I found a 8 X 4 inch wellhead and a 4 X 2 inch wellhead. The valves are in the open position. The tank battery is made up of one 100 bbl. tank, a concrete volt, a vertical separator, and a recording gauge. The tank is properly identified, and the production reporting is up to date. There are no violations at this time.
