1376408931 | 2013-08-12 | Production Wells | No Violations | I arrived on location and met with Mr Haines and inspected well , I found landowner is receiving gas for the house. After checking production reports and with the landowner using gas this well is in production. No violations at this site on this date. |
1554134557 | 2019-04-01 | Production Wells | No Violations | Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing, 2.375 inch diameter tubing, rods, and a pumping unit powered by an electric motor. The valves on tubing and on the casing were open. Domestic gas was being supplied off the 4.5 inch casing. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, two horizonal separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate. The production equipment was being shared with the Arth 2 (1214) and the Arth 3 (1215). The production report was up to date and proper identification was present. |
