Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0127323623 2019-04-03 Production Wells No Violations Upon my arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped with 4.5 inch diameter casing swaged down to a 2 inch diameter valve. The valve on the tubing was open. This was a swab well. The production equipment included two steel 100 barrel tanks, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .250 inch orifice plate. One of the 100 barrel tanks was used for a stock tank at the bottom of the hill. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
