0297853559 2018-12-24 Production Wells No Violations Upon arrival on location, I witnessed the well was equipped 8.625 inch diameter casing and5.5 inch diameter casing on a casing hanger. The 5.5 inch diameter casing was swaged down to a 2 inch ball valve. The 2 inch ball valve was in the open position. This is a swab well. Production equipment included a steel 100 barrel tank, a vertical separator, and a chart recorder with a 2 by .500 inch orifice plate within an earthen dike. There was a small natural gas compressor sitting outside the dike. The production report was up to date and proper identification was present.
