The equipment on the site consists of the following:

1148925038 2014-05-13 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on location to perform a status check inspection. I found during my inspection the well was in production. The well was equipped with a pumpjack. The tank battery consisted of a 100 barrel production tank, two, 50 barrel, poly brine tanks and a separator. A dike surrounded the tank battery. An identification sign was posted on the production tank. A bull plug was installed on the load line. There was a 7 day production chart on the sales line. A locked, chain link fence surrounded the production equipment. The lease road was in stable condition. The well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.
1503446880 2018-06-11 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a pumping unit and the tubing valve and 2 inch flow line valve was open. Production records for this well were current. The tank battery consisted of one 100 BBL tank, two 50 BBL tanks, and a mechanical separator. Valves on the separator were open. Urban safety equipment was installed on the 100 BBL tank. The diked tank battery was fenced and locked with legible signage. The lease access was stable and shared with well 2-3125. No violations observed.
