0294625067 2019-02-05 Production Wells No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well as a follow-up to complaint #6065 in regards to an investigation of natural gas found in a domestic water well approximately one quarter mile northeast of the RAH #1. The well was setup with a 4.5 inch casing swaged into a 2 inch line, which was further reduced into a 1 inch line with a regulator. The well is used as a domestic well for landowner Mark Eliscos home. I was on location with well tender Fred Helmuth who had exposed the 8 5/8 inch surface casing. Mr. Helmuth had plumbed up a 2 inch line with a valve and pressure gauge off the 8 5/8 inch port. At the time of this inspection, the pressure gauge on the open valve of the 8 5/8 inch casing, showed a reading of zero. No other equipment was associated with this well. I had Mr. Helmuth shut-in the surface casing for a period of 30 minutes. When the valve was reopened, the pressure reading was still zero. No issues observed.
