1409370742 2013-04-10 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations My inspection found the well in production. The well was equipped with a plunger lift unit. The tank battery contained one, 100 barrel production tank. It was surrounded by the proper dike capable of meeting containment requirements. There was a plug on the load line. The heat, treated separator had the correct spacing and contained a 16 day production chart. There was a chain link fence surrounding the production tank, separator, and well. An identification sign was posted on the separator. This well was placed into production prior to House Bill 278.

The equipment on the site consists of the following:

1528727355 2018-06-11 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations At the time of this inspection, the well was equipped with a plunger lift assembly and the gate valve on the tubing and valve on the 2 inch flow line was closed. The well was fenced. Production submitted for this well was current. The tank battery consisted of one 140 BBL tank and a heater treater separator. Valves on the separator were open. The spacing between the 100 BBL tank and separator met 50 foot spacing requirements. The separator was fenced with legible signage. The 100 BBL tank was fenced and diked. The lease access was stable. No violations observed.
