Mr. Adamson stated:

Mr. Hoffman passed away in June 2016. Mr. Adamson plans to purchase the property. Glenn Spencer (330-274-2038) maintained the well for Mr. Hoffman. The well produces domestic gas for the residence.

Next, I spoke with Mr. Spencer concerning the well. Mr. Spencer stated:

Mr. Hoffman received ownership of the well from the International Res & Dev around 10 to 12 years ago. Mr. Spencer owns Spencer Water Service and B & S Gas & Oil. The two (2) storage tanks are used to store brine and oil.

Photos were taken and are available upon request. Further investigation and follow-up inspections will be conducted.

1533053518 2018-07-30 Orphan No Violations I conducted an inspection on this well location. The well was equipped with a pumping unit. There was a domestic line off of the 4.5 inch casing with a closed valve. There was a 4 inch hose clamped onto the 4.5 inch casing line from the well and directly plumbed into the top of one of the 100 BBL tanks. The line was covered with insulation. The 2 inch flow line off of the tubing was covered with insulation and the valve was not visible. The tank battery consisted of two 100 BBL tanks and a mechaincal separator. Valves on the separator were closed. A stream runs along the south and east side of the tank battery. The tank battery location was not diked and had no signage. The lease access was stable. I was unable to contact the landowner. The previous inspection report dated 1/5/2017, stated that a well tender named Mr. Glen Spencer used to service the well. I contacted Mr. Spencer and left a message regarding the well status. I have not yet received a call back from Mr. Spencer.
