0298741543 2015-06-25 Production Wells No Violations I was on location for a status check. During my inspection, I found the well not in production. The well is equipped with a plunger lift assembly. The 2 inch flow line valve is in the closed position. Upon further inspection, I found the well shares the tank battery with permits 2-3103 and 2-3104 owned by Kleese Development Inc. (KDA). I researched our RBDMS database and found that General Motors Corp. filed an annual production statement in 1984. Also, I found an application to drill dated 7/22/1976 by Monarch Energy Corp. I spoke with Lance Martinez on location. According to Mr. Martinez, he stated KDA owns the well. I told Mr. Martinez that:

Mr. Martinez stated KDA plans to swab the well and place the well back into production by the fall of 2015. Follow-up inspections will continue until ownership of the well is corrected and back into production.
