There was a locked gate, with signage, restricting access. The well was operated as an electric pumping well. The wellhead was fenced and locked. The well was operating during this inspection. I did not identify any leaks or contamination at the wellhead. The tank battery was fenced and locked and surrounded with an earthen dike. The required signage was in place and legible. The tank battery consisted of one (1) 100 barrel stock tank, one (1) 35 barrel poly brine tank, one (1) vertical separator and meter station. The tank had the required carbon filter, lightning arrestor and sealing hatch. The load lines were plugged but not locked as required in OAC 1501:9-9-05 ( E ) 3. In order to bring the Eames # 1 well into compliance BoCor Holdings, LLC shall placed locks on all load lines by 5/15/2018. Once the well is brought into compliance the Owner / Operator shall contact Bob Roush @ 330.690.8837 for re-inspection. |
