1195536451 2004-10-14 Final Restoration No Violations FOLLOW UP TO NOV # 1889682085 Sherry Young requested a final restoration determination for this well, which was plugged in November 2001. The master meter and drips are still present in the former tank battery. The old concrete vault is also present and is used to blow down the drips. I recommend that the vault be emptied, cleaned, removed and the hole backfilled. A 55 gallon drum can be used to blow down the drips.
1284746784 2013-10-31 Final Restoration No Violations There was no indication of the well, tank battery, or lease road. The vegetation and grading have been restored to natural conditions. The location is now a playing field of a soccer club. Final restoration passes.
