0000PL4599 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
0111571528 2016-05-26 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on the Joslyn # 1 location to observe a repair to eliminate a natural gas leak. The well was completed in 11/1983. The well construction was comprised of 465 of 8.625 surface casing and 4168 of 4.5 production casing. The well was initially completed as a electric pumping jack, but during a pump change the rig operator dropped the tubing in the well and parted the top joint of 4.5 casing. The 4.5 casing was reconnected with the rest of the production casing. The casings integrity was confirmed with the pressure differential between the 4.5 production casing ( 170 psi. ) and the 8.625 X 4.5 annulus ( 100 psi. ). The escaping natural gas was coming from the 8.625 casing head. The rubber packing seals required the tightening of the packing ring. After tightening there was not any evidence of leakage. The well will be produced as a flowing well.
0153818738 2015-06-12 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was contacted by Kyle Aubel ( Enervest Operating ) that the pumping unit on the well had fallen over and as a result the rods and tubing had parted. Bishop Well Service ( BWS ) was employed to fish out the tubing and rods and correct the problem to place the well back into production. While fishing out the rods and tubing BWS dropped the rods and tubing which fell to the bottom of the 4.5 production casing. The 4.5 casing become parted from the impact one (1) joint down from ground level. BWS removed the tubing and rods from the 4.5 production casing. BWS was able to screw back into the 4.5 production casing and secure the well. Enervest Operating has indicated that they will apply for a plugging permit and plug the well. No violations during this inspection.
111571528 2016-5-26 0:00: UP No Violations
1464276941 2016-05-26 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I was on the Joslyn # 1 to witness a check on the integrity of the 4.5 casing. The wellhead consisted of 4.5 casing and a 4 X 2 swage with a two (2) inch ball valve. A pressure check of the 4.5 casing indicated a pressure of 170 psi and the 8.625 X 4.5 annular space revealed a pressure of 100 psi. The pressure differential indicated that the 4.5 casing was not leaking. The 8.625 wellheads packing ring was not tightened completely and allowed gas to leak past the seals. The 4.5 casing was tied into the flow line and will produce as a flowing well. A riser was constructed to monitor the pressure on the 8.625 annulus. No violations identified during this inspection.
1737833813 2017-07-27 Temporary Abandoned Annular Disposal No Violations The Joslyn # 1 well was a 4.5 casing flowing well without any connection to 4.5 to 8.625 annular space. The tank battery consists of a 100 barrel oil tank, 10 bbl. poly tank and horizontal separator. The tank battery was locked, fenced and surrounded with an earthen dike. I D signage was present and legible. The load lines were plugged. No indication of leakage. No violations.
