Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0000PL4697 Preliminary Restoration No Violations Preliminary Restoration done information from Data Point
1899760237 2008-06-30 Final Restoration No Violations RBDMS indicates that this well is still producing. However, both Petrox and Nordonia Schools reported that the well was plugged and abandoned in the late 1990s. The last record of any kind reported to MRM for this well was in 1995. The Uniontown office files provided no useful information. The lat/long for this well would place it on the home side of the Nordonia High School stadium. A visual inspection of the area did not indicate any production equipment or the wellhead. It therefore appears that the well was plugged and abandoned and in that case, final restoration is approved.
