Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1147632693 2017-08-10 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location with Moore Well Services and Petroset Cementing to witness the setting of the bottom plug in this Clinton Sandstone well. The 4 plunger lubricator was removed and Petroset rigged up and squeezed a 7.3 barrel (30 sack) plug, with 40lbs of cottonseed hulls, through the Clinton perforations. The plug landed at 800psi and the well was shut-in. Abandonment operations will continue the week of 8/14/17. See plugging report for more details on this job. No violations.
1502884594 2017-08-15 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to witness plugging operations for this Clinton Sandstone well. Plugging was conducted by Moore Well Services, Petroset Cementing Services, and Appalachian Well Surveys. Plugs were emplaced to isolate the Big Lime, the Berea Sandstone/Ohio Shale interval, and the glacial deposits. Appalachian set a cast iron bridge plug at 230 inside the 8.625 surface casing. Petroset flushed the flow line between the tank battery and the wellhead with 10 barrels of freshwater. See plugging report for more details on this job. No violations.
1733451915 2017-08-16 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to check the top plug in this Clinton Sandstone well. The top of the 8.625 surface casing is three (3) feet below grade and I used a branch and tagged the top of the plug three (3) feet below the top of the casing head. The plug was solid and I did not observe any integrity issues. The service rig, pipe trailer, and steel circulating tank remain on location. No violations.
