Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0765728124 2009-07-20 Final Restoration No Violations Columbus requested final restoration status for this well. There is still equipment, piping and stone pad around the tank battery. This needs to be removed before final restoration can be approved.
1369056243 2008-07-23 Production Wells No Violations Pluggers Inc. is scheduled to be on site tomorrow to start plugging and abandoning the well.
1389974895 2013-12-17 Final Restoration No Violations I inspected this location on 12/17/2013 upon a request for Final Restoration designation. Upon my inspection I found that all criteria were met in order that the Carr- Fessler #1 comply with the Final Restoration well status. There is a functional Meter station left on the property, but it is utilized for an offset well and is not associated with the Carr_ Fessler #1.
1847819010 2007-04-09 Production Wells No Violations Columbus requested a site inspection to determine the current status of this well. Northlawn no longer has a valid bond and repeated attempts to contact them were unsuccessful. The well and the tank battery are still there. I met with the General Manager, Craig Smith (330-923-7084) who told me that the cemetery was owned by a company in Texas and that he would contact them about correcting the problem. I told him that if they decide to plug the well, the bond would only be held until the final restoration is approved.
