0219411344 2008-04-28 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I received a call from Floyd Fernandez (Joseph Jeffries Company, cell # 330-323-6989) on 4-25-2008 regarding a plugged well located on Todd LePages (work # 330-445-3502) property located at 1140 Bachtel St. SE, North Canton, Ohio 44720. On 4-28-2008 I met with Todd LePage and Michael Jeffries (Joseph Jeffries Company) and discussed the plugged well. The well was an East Ohio Gas Co. well that was plugged in 1966. It has a 10 high riser constructed of 4-1/2 diameter steel casing with a 1 diameter shut off valve on the top. Todd LePage wants to build a pond where the plugged well is located. The plugged well needs to be evaluated before anything can be done. I will review the historic records and discuss the findings with Todd LePage.
