0564687724 2009-06-29 Drill / Deepen / Reopen No Violations I met on site with the contractor building the location for the purpose of determining the depth to the water table. The drilling permit identifies this area as a floodplain which does not allow earthen pits. A test hole was dug to eight feet in the vicinity of the pits. No water was encountered and earthen pits will be allowed.
0911643017 2017-09-15 UrbanProduction Wells No Violations I did an urban status check inspection on this well. The well is equipped with a pumpjack and there is a domestic gas connection at the well. The tank battery consists of a steel production tank, a steel brine tank, a vertical separator and a meter. The tank battery is fenced in with a locked gate. The valve for oil/ brine pick-up line is locked and the line is bullplugged. There is a charcoal filter and a spark arrestor attached to the production tank. The record show a fencing waiver for the well and a screening waiver for the tank battery were approved on 06-18-2009. The well is legibly identified. No compliance issues are noted at this time.
