0288027543 2015-06-17 Final Restoration No Violations This well was inspected at the request of permitting geologist Mallory Stanton to determine the correct well status. Inspection showed that well had been plugged. Vegetation around the burried wellhead has been restored and most of the production equiptment has been removed. Two 100 barrel tanks and a vertical seperator are still present near the well site. Due to lack of identification, it is unclear if these tanks are currently being used by Stark County well #24636. Until further investigation, this restoration does not pass. The well status has been confirmed as Plugged and Abandoned.
