1636708133 2015-04-15 Final Restoration No Violations I was on location to pass final restoration for this well. There is a plug report for this well on file. The lease road is currently used for the Frank 2H well of Enervest. The tank battery and well site have all been remediated. Production equipment and flowline are not present. The location has been seeded and vegetation has been established and there are no dead spots that would indicate a leaking well. At this time final restoration has been passed.
