1383060246 2013-10-28 Final Restoration No Violations I was on location with Inspector Roush to investigate a possible issue with the final restoration of this well. A Mr. Rankin was believed to have said that the lease road gate and the gravel has not been removed. We talked with Mr. Rankin and he explained that there is no issue at this time. The gravel has been removed and the lease road gate is not onsite. The location of the well has been restored at this time.
