Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
0692849695 2014-02-13 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to witness the setting of the cement plug at the Big Lime, bottom of surface casing and surface. The 4.5 casing was ripped at 3518 and pulled. While the casing was being pulled the three plugs were set through it. The lime plug was set from 3355 to 3155. The bottom of surface casing plug was set from 1228 to 1028. The surface plug was set from 400 to 100 because this is an active coal mine and they plan on grading down the area at least 100. Because of this the plug was made 300 to accommodate for the variation in the surface mining of the area. The plug job went as planned and more details can be obtained from the plug report.
1180323979 2004-10-13 Production Wells No Violations NO VIOLATIONS. GPS WH & TB (1-210 bbl oil, 1-brine vault).
1392217356 2014-02-12 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to witness the setting of the bottom plug for this well. 2 3/8upset tubing was run to 5300 and a 400 bottom plug was set from 5300 to 4900. It was displaced with 10.5 bbls of fresh water. The Thompson rig is going to pull the tubing and possibly begin to rip the 4.5 casing, timing permitting. The plugging has been going slowly due to the active blasting going on in the coal mine that the well is located in.
2016328664 2016-08-22 Final Restoration No Violations I conducted a finalrestoration inspection on this well. The well is located in Oxford Mining Companys East Canton Pit (D-2364). The well location has been mined through and is now covered with spoil. The final restoration is passed.
