The well is located in an area which is to be converted into pollinator habitat in 05-2019 according to the conservation plan certified by the USDA. The well is a plunger lift and is shut-in. The records shows the well last produced in 2001 for 424 MCF of gas. The tank battery consists of one 100 barrel tank, a horizontal separator and a meter with no chart. The well and tank battery are overgrown with vegetation and trees. This well presently is incapable of production. Consequently, this well shall be plugged in accordance with Ohio Revised Code section 1509.12(B). The well owner/operator shall submit a written plugging schedule to Shawn Murphy at 3575 Forest Lake Dr., Ste. 150, Uniontown, Ohio 44685 within 30 days, per OAC 1501:9-11-05(B), and plug the well within 180 days. The well owner/operator will be notified if the plugging schedule is approved or denied. |
