Inspection Data

Inspections Performed

Inspection ID Inspection Date Inspection Type Inspection Result Inspection Comments
1045443694 2010-03-09 Production Wells No Violations On site at the request of Kyle Tharp (DMRM Employee) because while he was conducting a field review yesterday on a surface mine application he noticed a gas odor near the well and tank battery. I met with Dave Miller ( William S. Miller) on site. The well was pumping while we were on site and we didnt notice any gas/oil odors at this time. We checked the flowline for leaks and couldnt find any at this time. I advised Dave Miller that there were no violations at this time .
