0694023683 2015-07-13 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to follow up to the oil spill that occurred on 6-26-2015. Currently a siphon dam and a dug hole are catching any free product that is seeping out of the hillside or soil. A small sheen was evident on Hypocrite Run and has been stopped by a boom. The hillside is going to be dug back and any additional oil removed. I have requested an Enervest vacuum truck to be on location sucking to remove any residual free product in the siphon dam and the ditch. There is a leaking valve and brine flowline that I have requested be fixed by Sutton Supply this week.. The two (2) upright separators that were not in use have been steamed and removed from location by Sutton Supply. I have instructed Enervest to monitor the location and removal any free oil that may still be on location. I will follow up on the spill to check the progress.

Currently a siphon dam and a dug hole are catching any free product that is seeping out of the hillside or soil. I have requested an Enervest vacuum truck to be on location sucking to remove any residual free product in the siphon dam and the ditch. The hard boom has been removed from Hypocrite Run at the OEPA request. The tank battery has been scraped of contaminated soil and disposed of. There is a leaking valve and brine flowline that I have quested be fixed. The two (2) upright separators that are not in use are going to be steamed and removed from location by Sutton Supply. I have instructed Enervest to monitor the location and removal any free oil that may still be on location. I will follow up on the spill 7-8-2015 to check the progress.
1087326731 2004-06-15 Production Wells Violations Noted The bottom of the stock tank is rusted and starting to leak at the NE side. Replace the stock tank before the tank bottom completely fails.
1470356715 2019-01-10 Production Wells No Violations My inspection found the well is equipped with a pumpjack. The well has reported production for 2017. The tank battery consists of two steel production tanks, a horizontal separator, a vertical separator and a meter. There is a domestic gas connection at the tank battery. The tank battery is shared with wells #151-22042, 22249 & 22148. The well is legibly identified. No compliance issues are cited at this time.
