Bill claims that the well had been idle for several years, and according to his lease if the well is idle for a specific period of time, the lease is void. Bills attorney, Dennis Clunk informed Beucler Brothers of termination of the lease. Bill, assuming the well was his, had the well swabbed and produced oil into the stock tank. It is believed that Beucler Brothers accessed the well site and removed the oil. There has been no change of ownership filed with ODNR-MRM. Beucler Brothers still owns the well according to our database. I have a plugging permit for this well issued to Beucler Brothers on 7-6-2006. Until the legal issue of ownership of this well is determined, DO NOT PLUG THIS WELL. |
