1123009850 2005-08-02 Field Inspected, Well Not Found No Violations I was unable to locate the former well. Using GPS coordinates, this former location is located in a cornfield. A better evaluation of the location can be done when the corn crop is harvested. The Ohio Geological Survey Well Spot Map shows this location as plugged. A review of the Uniontown files shows that Inspector Brett Farnsworth tried to locate this well on 5-2-2000 for Steve Opritza for a permit review. Bretts report stated that there were no visible signs of an existing well.
