0245521333 2015-09-01 Plug / Plug Back No Violations I was on location to witness the plugging of this well. The fluid level of the well was tagged at 700 above the Clinton Sandstone. It was decided to run 4822 of 1.5 diameter tubing into the well to set the bottom plug. Petroset was on location and cleared the tubing. They pumped a 30sk Class A 2% gel cement plug and displaced it with 11.5bbls of fresh water. The tubing will be pulled from the well and the 4.5 diameter casing ripped and pulled from the well due to the concern there may be holes present in the casing.
1384538620 2013-11-15 Production Wells No Violations I was on location in response to complaint #4544 gas blowing from a well. This well has had water put down the casing in the past year to kill the gas. At this time the well is gassing a small amount, my gas meter was not able to detect any gas levels near the wellhead. At this time its hard to determine the exact location of the leak, but appears to possibly be on the backside of the 8 5/8 casing. This well has not shown any production since 1999. Water will be flowed down the annulus of the surface casing on Monday to kill the small gas leak. This well is going to be placed on the Enervest well plugging schedule .
1386211795 2013-12-03 Production Wells No Violations I was onsite to witness 80 barrels of water (Clinton production water) being pumped down the backside of the 4.5 casing to kill the gas flow. The flow of gas has been killed and the well has been put on a plugging schedule with Enervest. The well will be monitored until the well is plugged which appears will be in the spring due to the winter weather conditions and the poor lease road conditions. This well is not currently producing.
1386272040 2013-12-05 Production Wells No Violations I performed a status check of this well. The well has proper signage and well maintained lease road. The well does not have a tank battery and only has a wellhead producing through a swedge. There are no violations at this time.
1672841797 2013-11-18 Production Wells No Violations I was on location to follow up on Complaint #4544. There was a report of the wellhead leaking. There was pressure buildup on the backside of the 4.5 casing and water was once already pumped down the backside in an attempt to stop the gas flow. Currently the lease road gate has been locked. A note was on the gate from Enervest stating that they are going to be on location to flow water down the backside of the casing to kill the gas leak this week.
2020064002 2013-11-19 Production Wells No Violations I was following up on complaint #4544. Enervest (Tim) pumper had 500 gallons of fresh water pumped down the backside of the 4.5 casing in the well but has not killed the gas leak. I talked with the Enervest pumper and they are going to have to bring in a large water truck to pump a full load (Clinton sandstone production water) down and see if that can kill the gas leak. I will check the well after this is done .
